One of the issues I wanted resolved was the check engine light. I mentioned when I dropped it off that it was an intermittent issue and likely had to do with the oxygen sensors. Your team addressed it, I think replaced a sensor, but the light came back on the day after we took it home. When I tried to schedule a return appointment the light had gone off again, so I was told that you could not diagnose the issue unless the light was on. I was afraid this was going to happen, but it would be nice to have someone who could read up on this issue and address the reason the sensor was failing instead of just replacing the sensor. More

Bridget was fantastic. I would give her a 10 if possible. She made sure I was informed of the progress of the work on my Jeep. Very professional and courteous. My only complaint about Newberg Jeep is that they have a less than inviting waiting area. Even though I still gave them a 5 star rating because Ken the General Manager was so helpful and informative. I never felt like I was being rushed. More
