Customer service is not much better than A computer. Support staff read from a script which does not help customers. The staff are pleasant to work with and the work was done fairly quickly. Unfortunately the problem they initially fixed ( non working headlight ) doesn't work again. I've always been leery of dealerships, but Newberg Jeep did an outstanding job of fixing my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
