Made an appointment on line when I got there, they told me I Didn't have an appointment. I had a fit, spoke to the manager a sweetheart. She calmed me down found my appointment in the system but told me me I Didn't have an appointment. I had a fit, spoke to the manager a sweetheart. Nobody picks up the phone. Every extension goes to voicemail every time. Part took 1.5 months to come and every call they were unhelpful. By far the worst service experience ever! Never addressed the issue. Decided to ignore it and just reset the check engine light and return the car to me without addressing the actual issue. Wasted my time and money as i had to pay for a rental out of pocket. Will never step foot into this dealership again. Manager claimed she will review and call me back. No call back, nothing. Everything about this experience was tremendous. This was my 1st time coming there since I purchased my truck from my brother. I did the express oil change and was greeted promptly with a smile .
