Purchased 3 cars over the years there between my wife and myself, wont ever again because of the service department. Last time I was there in Jan for appointment for air suspension problem. It took 5 days fo myself, wont ever again because of the service department. Last time I was there in Jan for appointment for air suspension problem. It took 5 days for them to even look at the truck, while i was told appointment doesnt mean it will be looked at same day. On fifth day I had to go in to request a manager because over the phone I was assured “truck is being worked on to find problem as we speak”. Meanwhile I was there and saw the truck in parking lot covered in snow from storm two days before. Manager I requested was named Maria and must be in customer complaint department, she apologized but said she was also told it was being worked on. I had to tell her she was being lied to then as I was. She then actually got the trucked looked at and diagnosed with cracked air line. Took another week to get the part in and finally fixed for total of 2 weeks. There were other times I called for updates that were also just ridiculous such as being told by maybe a secretary that “yeah I dont think truck is ready yet” when it wasnt even diagnosed yet and also when i called to see if the air line was in yet but was told “we cannot get updates on when a part will be in”. It is difficult to fully explain the frustration and just overall lack of care that I received here. Just not worth even giving them any kind of business anymore More

Service technician did not address my concern and referred me to contact the Director of Customer Relations. I then spoke with the Director and she indirectly named me an incompetent liar. The department in the back was very helpful and quick, 5 stars to them. They were efficient and super friendly. The lady at checkout at the front did take quite a bit of time to get to me. She was on a len stars to them. They were efficient and super friendly. The lady at checkout at the front did take quite a bit of time to get to me. She was on a lengthy call with someone. That would be my only comment. More

Kevin and the Service team addressed the challenging issues I was having with my Dodge Durango. He is very knowledgable and was on top of everything from the minute I dropped off the vehicle until the d issues I was having with my Dodge Durango. Made an appointment on line when I got there, they told me I Didn't have an appointment. I had a fit, spoke to the manager a sweetheart. She calmed me down found my appointment in the system but told me me I Didn't have an appointment. I had a fit, spoke to the manager a sweetheart. She calmed me down found my appointment in the system but told me that I'm better off calling next time because the online appointments sometimes don't make it into the system. So why do it this way. Nobody picks up the phone. Every extension goes to voicemail every time. Part took 1.5 months to come and every call they were unhelpful.
