I’m on my 3rd Honda (not counting the 2 Hondas that we got our Daughters). My 2015 Honda Accord served me well, and I happened to be at John Eagle Honda of Dallas, on Lemon Ave, getting a tire repaired, got our Daughters). My 2015 Honda Accord served me well, and I happened to be at John Eagle Honda of Dallas, on Lemon Ave, getting a tire repaired, when Mr. Ronald Jones introduced himself to me. We began a wonderful conversation, and, eventually, Ron asked me if I had seen the new 2020 Honda Accord Hybrid Tourings? I told Ron that I would like to learn more, especially if they had one in Black Pearl. He did. We went for a test drive; the car was incredible. Responsive, tight, comfortable ride, with great acceleration & breaking. The Accord Touring has a luxurious interior, a very attractive exterior design, killer aluminum wheels, and tons of new technology. Ron and his Sales Manager, Johnny, made me an offer that I could not refuse. They offered a great trade-in value for my 2015 Honda, and gave me a wonderful price on a brand new 2020 Black Pearl Honda Accord Hybrid Touring. Tony, their Finance Manager, gave me what I needed, at a good price, on the warranty & service plan. I ended up buying a brand new Honda Accord, Ron, Johnny, and Tony provided outstanding Customer Service, and turned what is all too often a high-pressure selling experience into a highly professional, rewarding transaction that gave me great value and a new car that I really enjoy driving. After taking the car home, I found a problem with one of the door handles. I reported this to Ron & Johnny. They didn’t want me to waste my time coming in to make a repair on a brand new Honda; they offered to drive to my home, leave a loaner Honda with me, pick up my new Honda, bring it to service to correct the problem, and then return my new Honda to me with everything perfect (as I would expect with a new Honda). Ron & Johnny offered ‘knock-your-socks-off’ Customer Service by offering to correct this problem, and to do so without me having to spend any of my personal time attending to this. I have been so very impressed by John Eagle Honda of Dallas, Ronald, Johnny, Tony, and their Service Team too. I met Mr. Marcus Yates, who told me that his Service Department would ensure that my new Honda was repaired to perfection, and returned to me in pristine condition (once again, superior Customer Service). If you are in the market for a new or used car, especially if you’re a fan of high-quality Honda engineering & technology, I encourage you to ask for Ron at John Eagle Honda of Dallas on Lemon Ave. Highly recommended! I was in fact looking for the Acura d Called yesterday to make an appointment for an oil change for my Acura. Was asked to come by today as a walk-in. I was in fact looking for the Acura dealer and at around 4:25, I mistakenly landed at this Honda showroom/service division. When I walked in and requested for an oil change, I received a lukewarm response. Well, "you don't have an appointment?", I was told it was going to take at least 2 hours, "the customers that came in at 2:45 are still waiting." I had to get back to the hospital and so I left. Just around the corner was the Acura showroom I was actually looking for. I went in and was promptly attended to. I was a healthcare worker and was getting my oil change free.... I had been working taking care of patients all this while and this was the first time I received a cold shoulder at a dealer's place. I do not recommend John Eagle Honda of Dallas. What a contrast to the Acura service center. More

THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY! As soon as you sign those papers, the smiles go away and they have no problem being rude to your face. Except Tariq. He is the only person I recommend there. It really is wort papers, the smiles go away and they have no problem being rude to your face. Except Tariq. He is the only person I recommend there. It really is worth it to drive the extra 10 miles to a different Honda dealer. To start with, they sold me a car with a broken key taped together with electrical tape then told me in a happy voice “we can give you a discount of $200 and order a new key!!” No. No way. Not happening. Tariq is the finance manager that worked really hard and by some miracle got me approved with my bad/lack of credit and I also feel he’s the only one who didn’t try to take advantage of me. Well I talked to Tariq (and I apologize if I’m misspelling his name) and he said not to worry I would get a new key for free and the service department would call me when it came in (which they never did, I had to call the inventory manager myself) Well after leaving the dealership I noticed several other minor things that seemed to have been overlooked. I believe most the inside dome lights needed replacing, my left blinker was being spastic (which is kinda ironic how on the test drive I was told to only make right hand turns and when I got back I started checking things over and pushing buttons to make sure everything worked but the sales girls seemed to be in a rush to get me out of that car and back inside), the auxiliary plug didn’t work, my drivers side speaker would randomly (not super often) go out for a few seconds, but the 2 things that had me most concerned was the key being broken and kept getting either stuck in the ignition or breaking in half and the car not starting until I taped it again just right, and then clicking noise had me concerned. When I called and asked this particular person about these issues (the same guy that was happy about trying to give me a new key at a discounted rate of $200 for a working key) he said just bring it in and they would take a look. I brought it in and he said they would have to order the parts, and that was ok with me. I asked if I was going to be charged with anything and he said “well someone is going to have to pay for the labor” sarcastically referring to me. Which was extremely rude. Then I asked if my key came in yet and he said “we will call you when it does”. It was also convenient that when I got there I could hear the clicking noise but yet when the service department had it the noise stopped? I ended up emailing Tariq later explaining to him that I’ve had this car a week and was not only sold the car with a broken key (Which I thanked him again for handling the issue) but also told, with attitude, that I would have to pay out of my own pocket for a new key and to have these issues fixed that should’ve been done before the car was even placed for sale. He said everything would be taken care of and I wouldn’t be paying. He really helped so much!! So in the next week I brought my car back yet again to have the things fixed, and when the same manager (not Tariq) walked me to my car and I started it, the car instantly started clicking and I pointed it out right away.He said “oh yeah I do hear that” and tried to explain it away with something about a chain serpentine belt. I don’t know a lot about cars but I do know a thing or 2 about serpentine belts and owned 3 Honda’s prior to this and never heard that sound from a Honda or any car, or of a chain serpentine belt either. Oh and by the way when my key finally came in, I was asked how I’d be paying for it!!!! Thankfully I keep a paper trail of emails and texts. It is extremely unprofessional to have a girl text a customer on your behalf arguing to the point where I have to tell her “I’m not going to argue over text, if “he” has an issue then he can call me”. It was rude. Well fast forward 3 months and I’m driving 35 mph and softly bump a curb on a curve. I had to have my car towed bc that clicking noise turned out to be my entire suspension system rusted-the axle completely broke, tie rods, steering knuckle. Bottom line is I’m on disability and this is over 2 months of income for me and I have no idea how im going to pay to fix it and I still have car payments. I will never go back here. Ever ever ever ever. And to be told i would have to pay to see what the clicking noise was. If I was walking by and had a restroom emergency I would rather go in my pants. That’s how angry I am and how dehumanized I feel by the staff here. There are more minor details but this gives you an idea. More

It was on the lot,but hadn't been cleaned. Waited all day. Left and still had small dents, dings, and some of the old owners paperwork inside. Wasn't cleaned well at all! Went back up a few weeks later, and spent ALL day again. Painted some, but did not get all the dings out. So, now I still have small dings, and will need tires. John Frazier who is no longer there was outstanding. He is the one that knew how to handle business. I wish he could have been my saleman from the start. The next trip I met Marcus. He was very nice and helpful. I probably will not go back or recommend this dealership to anyone else. More
