It was a Certified used Car with an extended Warranty Free!!!!! Second car we've bought from Phillips in two years. Guess that makes them our favorite Ocala dealer. More

When we got there we were greeted by a gentleman whose name is Marcus Mister. He was neither pushy nor attempting to sell us something we were either not really interested in nor could we afford. He treated us professionally and politely. Listened to our questions and concerns and then set about the task of setting us up with the vehicle we "fell in love with". He then took us to another gentleman named Kevin Roberts. He also treated us with respect, found financing for us and the whole experience with him and Mr. Mister was outstanding. (The only downside is all that paperwork LOL). I would without hesitation refer anyone looking for a car to go to Phillips CJDR. More

Our first Minivan Marcus was a super professional sales guy who guided us through the various offerings. We ended up with a 2017 Pacifica with 2800 miles on it.
