I bought my car here 3, almost 4 years ago and I’ve had issues since month 13. I had a Pwertrain DTC, gave the code to the service agent, and then spent 5, almost 6 hours for an oil change, filter change, issues since month 13. The fees are a cost of doing business, and trying to make the customers pay for the fees is a short-sighted way of doing business and does not promote loyalty. While I appreciate that you refunded me the fees, it's a setup to make the dealer look good when it shouldn't be an issue in the first place. More
