The fees are a cost of doing business, and trying to make the customers pay for the fees is a short-sighted way of doing business and does not promote loyalty. While I appreciate that you refunded me the fees, it's a setup to make the dealer look good when it shouldn't be an issue in the first place. More

Everyone is so helpful and responsive! Kacy was able to get me a loaner vehicle, but I ended up not needing it because Marco was so fast.
