The fees are a cost of doing business, and trying to make the customers pay for the fees is a short-sighted way of doing business and does not promote loyalty. While I appreciate that you refunded me the fees, it's a setup to make the dealer look good when it shouldn't be an issue in the first place. More

I need service before departing for a road trip and the service manager scheduled it in a few days. The service seems to have been well completed to my non-professional eye—all fluids appeared topped up.
