Because this market is so hot right now I contacted Lexus the same day I saw the vehicle I wanted. Marcial was responsive, patient and upfront about the car and process of buying. He stayed late to help fini the same day I saw the vehicle I wanted. Marcial was responsive, patient and upfront about the car and process of buying. He stayed late to help finish the deal.
