Mandi Davis is a great service advisor and I make sure I always see her. She always gives the best recommendations on what my car needs. Mandi always keeps me updated whenever I’m waiting and if I ever have always see her. She always gives the best recommendations on what my car needs. The wait times are long but they do provide a shuttle service and amenities like Starbucks and subway if you chose to wait there. More

I have been a happy customer for many years. I purchased my truck at this location and have taken it for service for 20 years. I never had a problem until today. The service tech told me I nee I purchased my truck at this location and have taken it for service for 20 years. I never had a problem until today. The service tech told me I needed my radiator replaced, which I agreed. I later got a call saying it would take several weeks, which would be fine. I was promised a call back to see if a new radiator was ordered. That was one week ago, been trying to get a hold via text, phone, and chat to see if a radiator was ordered. No one is responding to me. I know my truck is old and they probably want me to buy a new one, but this leaves a bad taste. I am now thinking the next vehicle I purchase will be somewhere else. I was considering buying one next year. More

I alway feel comfortable going to Longo for service for both my Toyota 4Runner and my wife’s Lexus. The communication from the Service People is very clear. The last three times I have been in for servic both my Toyota 4Runner and my wife’s Lexus. The communication from the Service People is very clear. The last three times I have been in for service for my 4Runner, I worked with Mandi Davis and have been very satisfied.
