Busy. Asst managers in service are not as customer service friendly or understand the problem fully and are so busy they forgot to call me if the part w Asst managers in service are not as customer service friendly or understand the problem fully and are so busy they forgot to call me if the part was in. The supervisors Matthew and Robert are more reasonable and know Toyotas well and make sense. The others like Jesus were frustrating to me. The wait is very long even with an appointment they said I had to wait because others were in front of me so I was angry they gave me an appointment when others were all booked in front of me. It took me 3 days to get keys done so it very frustrating. But overall Longo is the best dealer I have dealt with as upper management tries hard to make a wrong right. Other Toyota dealers have broken things during service but Longo service is honest and not nefarious. I drive over 60 miles to and fro for service. I am spoiled at Longo Lexus with my LX so Longo Toyota is not as great as Longo Lexus but it is not the fault of the people as Lexus is more expensive than Toyota for the same service. More

The new "paperless" should not be forced on those challenged with electronics. Service Manager McGuire stated it would be no problem requesting printed receipt but observed cashier's were not coopera challenged with electronics. Brought in my 04 Tacoma 4x2 for an oil service, tire rotation and chips on my windshield to be filled in. Just so happened that another 300+ Toyota owners decided to service their cars on the same day. The employees that work for Longo Toyota are all professional and courteous. I can't say enough about the Grey Team especially Rob McGuire, he is truly a gentlemen and a scholar and those are very rare to find.
