They add a lot of extras without you knowing until you
get home because they give you a thumb drive with everything on it. No paper work but close to six thousand more .

They are fast and slick .
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone but especially for a used vehicle. I have bought used and brand new vehicles before and never went thru this before .

I purchased a vehicle from them on September 5. It is now November 7th and I still do not have the correct paperwork to get my car registered. Unfortunately, I live out of state and cannot show up in person to get this resolved.
I have contacted Greenway Kia West over a dozen times, each with different answers/solutions but never getting what I need. I have now been told 4 separate times that my registration paperwork was being overnighted to me but here I am, wasting time complaining on a review site because I feel helpless.
I feel like I’ve been scammed. I have called so many times to be patched through to an extension that goes straight to voicemail which the voicemail box is full so I can’t even leave a message. To then call back and get patched through to another extension which has the same outcome. I’ve been hung up on multiple times as well. Every time I ask for the general manager, Alberto Ahumada, I get the same answer that he is with a customer or in a meeting and will give me a call back. I yet to have received a call back. I have also emailed many people including Mr. Ahumada with no response.
I’m sure this review will get a response from him stating what all bad reviews state which is email them directly to get a resolution. All false claims to save face online. If they actually resolved customers issues, I bet half of their bad reviews would not even be posted. The Better Business Bureau has an official complaint which I hope will help me get this resolved.

Each time, Alberto was with a customer or in a meeting. Each time was told I would get a call back. You guessed it… 0 call backs.
Alberto is either a fraud or incompetent in his job. I don’t know which is worse as a supposed leader of a company.
My temp tags have been expired for 2 1/2 weeks.
I CANNOT get a manager if ANY kind on the phone yet they keep giving me the run around I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE AGAIN!!! And I'm serious

could get for my car, and for an offer of $10,000 more than KBB, I went on Sunday, and I don't know how many times I said I can come back tomorrow, but they had the key of my car and my driver license, I couldn't just leave, they checked my credit to see how much I had to pay for my car around $12000, they offered me a $26,000 car and $21,000 for my car, and I was checking my loan and I'm paying $30,000 for a car that they said I would pay $26,000. They added a bunch of hidden fees, to the price they told me I would pay, it's crazy, I don't recommend them.

I have to update my review, after speaking with the manager I now know that they strategically use the trade-in money to pay part of the loan for the full price of the new car, what does that mean? First they make you the loan for your new car, and then they use the trade-in money to pay part of the new car loan, in fact I paid $1000, plus $9300 in my trade-in as a “down payment”, and I did not reduce my monthly payment because they use my trade-in money to pay part of the loan for the full price of the car, it's not fair, and they also conveniently add the dealer fee to your loan plus shipping on a car that you didn't order and didn't request to be shipped to you and they also strategically forget to inform you of all that. Just be honest with your clients and you will be able to have more, you have staff willing to help, you just have to be sincere.
