They were not upfront with my wife about financing the new car . We were thinking it was with us both but some how I only ended up being on the loan without her . I'm not a fan of this dealership. They promise certain things then it's a chore to get them in writing. Managers left the dealership before closing so when we were in finance at the last hours, nobody was around to talk to... just the sales guy and the finance guy. Trying to get follow up on some promised cosmetic issues has been a challenge to the point where I don't even want to buy another Kia vehicle. More

Dan the sales rep went above and beyond to take care of my spouse and me. We had a specific need that needed to be addressed with getting into the car for spouse as she has had numerous surgeries, and the my spouse and me.
