They are making false promises that wind up costing their customers hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. We purchased a hybrid minivan from here in June 2023. During negotiations we discussed the charger cable, which they claimed the vehicle had but then they couldn’t find it. The manager on duty told us “Don’t worry about it. We will get you one.” Since we purchased the vehicle, I have called once a week asking for an eta on the charger. Today, this female manager on duty told me, “We don’t have to get you one. You need to buy it yourself,” and hung the phone up on me. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Take your business somewhere else! DO NOT SHOP HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! More

I visited Kia Greenway West in Orlando on Saturday, May 20, 2023 to look at the 2023 GT Line Stinger and test drive the vehicle. Juan Villafane helped me with the test drive as well as preliminary numbers 20, 2023 to look at the 2023 GT Line Stinger and test drive the vehicle. Juan Villafane helped me with the test drive as well as preliminary numbers because I was sold on the vehicle and wanted to purchase it. I am a well qualified buyer with a credit score of nearly 800, a high paying career and minimal debt. I would qualify for any of the programs KIA had to offer. I visited Greenways website and filled out a question form for my trade in. I was trading in a 2010 Mercedes C300. I kept in touch with Juan throughout the week and let him know I would bring my vehicle on Friday, May 26, 2023 after work. As arranged I brought my car in to be inspected and after we would go over the numbers. The numbers we discussed were based on my internet price of $444 per month. Juan agreed to that price with $5000 cash down on May 20th via text message. The internet offer for my trade in was $5561 but after Juan consulted the person he referred to as his manager they now offered $4561 and $465 per month but now they wanted $7000 cash down! I told Juan I was not interested in that offer. He walked away to consult people huddled around a counter top and then came back with his “manager” who proceeded to call me a liar about my Mercedes. He accused me of lying about being in an accident with the car. I told him we were through talking after being called a liar. I told the manager I would take my business to a different dealership. The manager had the audacity to insult me further by yelling at me to go to another dealership and be "honest" about my vehicle. I told him I was done talking and proceeded to leave. The manager followed me out to my car in a very threatening manner and got in my face telling me something about the hood of my car being misaligned. I told him the discussion was over as far as I am concerned. He proceeded to tear up the deal in front of me and I got in my car and left. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Juan was great and deserved the sale. This “manager” cost Juan his commission and I would be shocked if I was the only one this manager has done this to. If you’re in the market for a KIA, go anywhere other than this dealership. It is toxic! More

WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND GREENWAY KIA WEST! !! If I had my way, I wouldn’t even give Greenway Kia West or Robert Powers IV any stars, not even one!! They don’t deserve it!! Robert Powers IV !! Robert Powers IV tried to steal our $2k deposit after our deal fell through because he lied about the numbers. He said one thing and then tried to change the deal on us several times. We ended up going to another Kia lot and got a Telluride there, so when Robert found out he became very rude with us. Claimed we wasted 3hrs of his time (which is his job anyways) and continued to give us the run around. Robert said our check would be ready on a certain day and made us drive 4 hours from Tallahassee just to claim he never said our check was going to be here (even though we have screenshots of him saying it would be) then he proceeded to yell and argue with us in front of all the customers. He said because we gave our business to someone else they weren’t willing to work with us. He literally started to play petty games with us and act extremely childish. His manager Mac Cumbur sat there and allowed him to yell and argue with us. Even banged on the wall and desk showing anger towards us because we simply wanted our refund back, since we did not make any deals or get any vehicle. Robert Powers and Mac Cumbur continued to lie to us and say they were processing our refund when they never did. We had to go to the higher ups to get our money back. I WOULD NEVER give Greenway Kia West my business. Be CAREFUL they will scam you and try to steal your money! They will lie about numbers and deals and treat you very rude if you choose not to purchase a car from them. More

On March 19, 2022 my boyfriend and I went to Greenway Kia to buy our leased car. We had a scheduled a appointment with Ricardo Ojeda and as soon as we arrived to meet with Ricardo, we could already tell he h to buy our leased car. We had a scheduled a appointment with Ricardo Ojeda and as soon as we arrived to meet with Ricardo, we could already tell he had an attitude. The whole entire time, he was on his phone and slouching in the chair as if we were the ones wasting his time and bothering him. Keep in mind it is his job to sell us the car and answer all of our questions. After that he gave us a paper with the cars price and additional fees. Since it was our first time buying a car we had lots of questions about the extra fees being charged. And when we asked Ricardo what theses charges are, he got extremely frustrated, when we ask him what the ARPT fees are. So we asked him if he could find out for us. Ricardo immediately sighed, got up from his chair stomping away like a 5 year old. We were so confused on his behavior, and asked if we were bothering. Then he turned around he cam charging at us and ripped the paper out of my boyfriend’s hand, and shouted “I’m not f*****g doing this anymore”,then stormed off before we could even say something. After being humiliated in front of the whole entire dealership, we went to speak to the Sales manger Mac Cumbur. And the first thing he asked us was “What did you guys do to provoke my employee”. We were so furious we tried to explain to him what just happened, but all he said “I’m sorry, but you people always act like that”. And I’m pretty sure “you people” he meant black people, which my boyfriend is black. Which made us even more furious, at this point I just wanted to to cry. So I asked Mac Cumbur if we could go to a office, somewhere more private. He refused to talk to us in private and just kept humiliating us to the entire salesfloor. After getting no where I felt so defeated, I had no choice but to go into a random private office and cry. After this whole situation to this very day the sales men who disrespected us in front of everyone, is still employed as if nothing ever happened. Never in my entire life have I ever been treated like this, all I was trying to do was buy my first car. More

When I get through to doing the finance - they had also used just under $3000 gap insurance refund. So in actual fact I was putting down just under $4000 Then the finance guy talked me into buying 100k bumper to bumper protection as KIA’s warranty is for drivetrain only. When I get home I found the manufacturers sticker which confirms KIA actually have a 60k bumper to bumper warranty as standard. LIES LIES LIES GREAT VEHICLES BUT DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP More
