Immediately upon meeting MJ my Fiance and I looked at each other and let out a sigh of relief. Off the bat MJ won us over with her personality and calm demeanor, but that was truly nothing compared to her knowledge and earnest desire to help us find the perfect car. We had come to look at the Q5, sit inside and take it for a test drive, we ended up leaving being the Owners of New SQ5.... MJ could not have been a bigger help in helping us make this decision. For us buying a car is a huge thing and We had 1 million questions. MJ answered every single one and with each answer came peace of mind that we were making the absolute perfect decision . MJ IS NOT like any other salesperson out there, she is modern and understanding. During the conversation about financing MJ listened and really and truly worked with us. This for many can be the most unpleasant of the process and MJ was just amazing. I have nothing bout positive raves about majority of the staff; the only less than 5 star ratings were just people who were about their business but could've used a bit more humanity in their service approach. But definitely no complaints. Even when I wasn't able to get a new car, the workers were amicable and they remembered me the next time I showed up! More
