I have dealt with Crown Honda since 2010. I have NEVER had a bad experience with service. When we decided to get a new car in 2020, our rep was Enver Bekric. From our first encounter, Enric asked pertine had a bad experience with service. When we decided to get a new car in 2020, our rep was Enver Bekric. From our first encounter, Enric asked pertinent in what we were looking for and after purchase, was always available either by text, phone, or email to answer any questions I might have. He made getting used to new products on your vehicle very easy. Because who doesn’t have questions after u leave the dealership. We have since upgraded our vehicle and again Enver asked pertinent questions, explained what was available in today’s times and really helped me to come to a decision. I have had the new car for 3 days and absolutely could not have made a better choice - thanks to Enver’s knowledge of cars and exactly what was at the dealership and what was coming in very shortly. She has worked hard to put my deal together, thanks to her team's help, Lynette who found the car I wanted in no time & her manager Gene who totally trusted Yana to drive this deal by herself without any back & forth, she was literally the only person I spoken with to close this deal, until the end when her manager congratulated me! Overall, no pressure, no skepticism. Loved the conversations with Yana, she has great personality. I loved the easiness and comfort while I was there. Oh and not to mention! I was only there for 1.5 hours all together! Very fast and efficient. My future business is with Crown and Crown only, I will drive 3 hours all over again! Thank you guys! More

He made sure I got the car I like that fit my budget since my husband and I originally thought about either Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla. Blake was able to sell us Honda Accord in an excellent deal (no one can beat their price). It took 10 min on the process of paper work, Darrell Kendall took care this part for us, no pushing buying warranty like other car dealers would do. They don’t look like other car dealers that rusting you to buy, say one thing then do other things, all they do is to ask you to come in and didn’t give you the price you were told, Keep you in the dealer too long to make you worn out and make a bad decision. Give Crown Honda a try & ask for Blake. Btw Paul Velardi was the first person response to my request online & helped Blake on sell process. Ignore the construction that is going on. More
