My 2018 lease was running out next month so I started shopping around for a new car. I was debating sticking with Mazda, going back to Hyundai, or trying out Subaru. Ended up falling in love with the Forester (even if I was losing some features like leather upholstery and automatic locking on exit) but I had some bad luck with the specific models I wanted. Ciocca ended up finding one in NJ and having it brought in and I ended up buying it. I am still working from home so I'm not doing a lot of driving but the little I've done makes me happy. I have a few questions about features, but I plan on visiting with Jenna in a few weeks to get my questions answered. More

Ciocca Dealership had a wide variety of new and used vehicles to choose from. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. I didn't feel like I was being pressured to buy a car over my budget. Greg patiently went through models and what they offered, along with always changing availability in a popular car without a great deal of inventory after the Indiana plant shutdown in March and April 2020. Ciocca and Greg gave a great experience along the way, and did a great job explaining more than just the vehicle price but other areas of consideration such as features, benefits, warranty, financing incentives, and limited time special offers as a result of the pandemic. It was another extremely pleasant buying experience with Ciocca and Greg! More
