Our experience at Ciocca was great, but Fernando was the cherry on top of the cake. Stopped by one evening to look at a used car. Travis was great to talk to and produced some number ranges for me to consider, based on the terms I said I wanted. He did not pressure me at all when I told him I was looking at several other cars. We went back later in the week and dealt with Fernando who was nothing but helpful on the sales end. Everyone one there was so accommodating even though I showed up at 6:45 and they closed at 7 ( I mistakenly thought they were open until 8). We came to an agreement on price and payment. Car was ready the next day, and payment was even lower than the range they quoted me. One star off for how long I had to wait to sign final papers, I had an appt for 5:30, granted it was busy, but I waited for about 50 min. Troy in finance actually got me out of there in about 10 min or so once he and I sat down. Would definitely recommend. More

I had a great experience here Fernando Santiago jr was incredibly helpful he actually got a car that just came online and wasn’t even on the lot yet over to his lot for me within a few hours and I ended u incredibly helpful he actually got a car that just came online and wasn’t even on the lot yet over to his lot for me within a few hours and I ended up buying the car that day well putting a deposit to hold it I should say and a few days Later I got it… he and everyone there was very friendly and It was a quick process and they are genuinely good guys they don’t try to sell u on all sorts of things I was very pleased and I love my new car More

Fernando was polite and helpful. We bought a used Ford through him and when the battery failed he came and gave it a booster charge. It failed a week later and after my charge the car was returned for ev through him and when the battery failed he came and gave it a booster charge. It failed a week later and after my charge the car was returned for evaluation. Fernando's boss, Marcus, arranged the testing which resulted in the Ford's alternator being replaced. We picked up the car the next day and were happy with the service and courtesy received from both men and the shop. More
