Seems like the new owners (I understand from late 2020) are driving this dealership into the ground. I've been happily going there for a decade (over the previous 2 owners) but as of my last visit in May 2 are driving this dealership into the ground. I've been happily going there for a decade (over the previous 2 owners) but as of my last visit in May 2021, this dealership is horrible for customer service. The turnover is also crazy, no one even wants to work there. I was given the worst case of "runaround" and excuses for 3 entire weeks. When the new manager (of 2 days) called me, he made it very clear that this dealership was not interested in customer satisfaction or retention of a previously very happy customer of this dealership. I do hope they can get it together but as of June 2021 I absolutely do not recommend this dealership for service. More

Recall went smoothe. The other items i needed looked at brakes and thermostat were promised an estimate at no extra charge. That was not true as I saw when I arrived . But I had the work done at a Culver City mechanic who DIDNT charge for the estimate so he got my business!
