I feel duped. M-B didn’t tell me they had replaced the engine centrifuge cover just 10K miles ago but they did it again. Price was 5 times what it was less than 3 years ago, same part number. Seems M-B is aggressively pursuing to maximize service revenue at our expense. Talking to service techs is not allowed (because they are afraid they may lose revenue if they tell us the truth?). Losing trust in M-B to be honest with what needs fixed. Getting harder to stick with this brand. Two stars instead of 1 because the quality of work is high (disregarding repeat fixes at 5x the price). More

My vehicles have been serviced for several years at Mercedes Benz of Natick. I am very pleased and satisfied with the service rendered at this dealership. Brian Breidegam has always been my service con Mercedes Benz of Natick. I am very pleased and satisfied with the service rendered at this dealership. Brian Breidegam has always been my service consultant; he is not only efficient, helpful and experienced, but he also has exceptional communication skills and lot of knowledge to explain why your vehicle require something or to look for answers needed. During this service appointment, I was looking for vehicle maintenance and to correct something I consider it was a safety matter. Brian directed this matter through the service management looking for the right way to fix this matter. Geoff Bosse, service manager, explain to me what to do in order to correct it. The recommendation given worked because the issue got rectified. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Natick!!! More
