The customer service we received was hands down above and beyond anything one would ever expect to receive. I've worked with car dealerships in the past such as Mercedes, BMW etc (which when spending a certain amount of money you expect to receive a high quality experience) but/and I can honestly say our time spent at Phillips Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was equivalent to the customer service at these high end dealerships, if not better. I can't praise Lou the Sales Manager enough. He was such a pleasure every time we came in, very personable and a stand up guy! You can tell he has the buyers best interest in mind and we can't thank him enough for being so patient with us. Ronick was our salesman from the start and he really helped my fiancé find the car of his dreams with out breaking the bank, he as well was very patient with us and went above and beyond what is typically expected. I recommend working with him if you're ever looking for a car at that dealership. Last not but not least Brad the financing guy. Not only did he find us amazing rates but he really topped off the process with his endearing personality. Overall, a huge shout out and thank you to the best car dealership around. It was well worth the hour + drive (one way) multiple times to do business with these guys Full disclaimer: I've always been one to laugh off people who leave these long reviews, thinking how on earth do they have that much time let alone care that much but after being treated so well at the Phillips Car Dealership I realized, no words are enough to say how much we appreciate them and thank you for everything they did!
