Last week we purchased our third Toyota. This was our first experience with Smithtown Toyota and it was the best and easiest dealership we have worked with to date. Our sales representative, Louis Bilous, was excellent and in our opinion is a valuable asset to Toyota. We think of going to a car dealership similar to going to a dentist, however, this was painless! Lou was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and considerate. He listened and responded to our requests and needs. As a result, we purchased our new car knowing we received a good price and confident that we will receive superior service from Smithtown Toyota. A word of praise for John Ferranola, Finance Director. John finalized our purchase with ease and professionalism. He was courteous and expedient. Best of all - we owned our new car within 15 minutes! I was very pleased with my Lewis my salesman he was excellent. He worked 100% with me making sure I got everything I wanted in the Camry. Upon delivery he went over all the options making sure I got at excellent. He worked 100% with me making sure I got everything I wanted in the Camry. I bought my first car since I relocated to the US in Smithtown Toyota (and I haven't spent that much amount of money in one transaction in my life). I appreciate very much the service provided by Louis, Smithtown Toyota (and I haven't spent that much amount of money in one transaction in my life). I appreciate very much the service provided by Louis, Craig, and Nayrobis: their hard working in getting finance for me (this is not easy as I don't have any credit history here), their patience in contacting insurance companies and getting good deal for me (I still use my international driving license), carefully explaining me all the details about the car (I have never driven Toyota car before).
