We think of going to a car dealership similar to going to a dentist, however, this was painless! Lou was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and considerate. He listened and responded to our requests and needs. As a result, we purchased our new car knowing we received a good price and confident that we will receive superior service from Smithtown Toyota.
