I drove 4 hours to buy a 2009 Honda Civic Si and am sooo glad I did. All the staff was incredibly helpful and I didn't feel 1 time like I was given the run around. So on a Saturday I bring in our 2011 Toyota Prius to be serviced. The wait is a little long so I walk around the lot just looking at cars. Thinking I might trade in our Toyota Sienna and get a more fuel serviced. The wait is a little long so I walk around the lot just looking at cars. Thinking I might trade in our Toyota Sienna and get a more fuel efficient car. Long Truong one of the sales people asked if I was looking for a new car. I told him I was just in for a service of my car. He asked if I had heard about the 0% financing. I told him that my credit score was low. He then said if you have above a 620 I grantee you that I will get you 0%. Then he wanted to go and run my score. I told him no I do anything without the wife saying it is O.K. He gave me his card and I went home and told my wife. So we went in to see if we would indeed get 0%. Well we did and now we have a 2013 Prius III an upgrade from our 2011 Prius II. So my wife LOVES her new car. Her first NEW car. Long was great and so was John Thorpe. John ran us through the paperwork and explained everything and in the end it was a great deal for us. We would have liked to get more for our trade but what can you expect they are in the car business buy low and sell high. But all of that doesn’t matter we are happy with what the deal we got and its 0% as opposed to 14.9%... They have made me a return customer as long as they keep Long Truong and John Thorpe I will be back for years to come. We bought our other car from a local Toyota dealership. (starts with an “M”) they will never see me again… More

Great value, excellent customer service, fair and reasonable price. We spent two weeks of shopping for a new/used car. We went to six different dealerships, and also checking prices of over 30 differ reasonable price. We spent two weeks of shopping for a new/used car. We went to six different dealerships, and also checking prices of over 30 different cars on the internet in the vincinity of 75 mile radius. Basically we did lot and lot of homework/research,and in the end, Elk Grove toyota gave us the best deal and best product, along with the best service. This was the first time we bough a toyota, and we are so happy with our decision. More

I wished i would have gotten a bit lower of a price but it kind of comes with getting a new car instead of a used one. Both Long and Steve made my experience great and i would refer friends to this dealership and representatives. I don't recall his name but the financing gentlemen was very nice, helpful and down to earth. Made me very happy and was extremely helpful. More

This has been such a great car buying experience! I just had to share it. from Long Troung the sales representive, to Chris Her in Finance and today John Thorpe to finishe the loose ends that could not be d had to share it. from Long Troung the sales representive, to Chris Her in Finance and today John Thorpe to finishe the loose ends that could not be done on a Sunday! Wow all these people were so polite and helpful throughout the a stressful and tiresome process. I want to share why it was so tough. My husband and I had to go to a memorial service and then to the car dealer to trade-in our car and then pick up the new one. When we got to the dealership at 4:45p.m. we discovered that we had grabbed the wrong pink slip! Ugh; the dealership is 50 miles away from our city! when we told Long and Chris they said no problem just come back tomorrow when you can and bring it. When I arrived on Monday the 28th or March with pink slip and cashiers check; Chris Her had the day off and John Thorpe stepped right in and took me to all the right departments to get all that needed to be done. Their fast and efficent service was great I was in and out of there in about 35 minutes. I sincerely thank the staff at Elk Grove Toyota. Hurray for you for giving such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was very happy with the customer service. Even though we went in late at night and it was extreamly cold outside, the salesman still came out to show us the cars we were looking at (this did not happen a we went in late at night and it was extreamly cold outside, the salesman still came out to show us the cars we were looking at (this did not happen at the Nissan dealer next door were I sat for 20 min without anyone even saying high so I left). Went in originally to just compair cars and decided to run the numbers. I explained it was late and I didnt want to spend alot of time going back and forth. They agreed and we were able to make a deal very fast once the sales manager Jim got involved. Overall one of the best car buying experinces I have had. More
