Best Service Experience at a time I needed it most. I had what I thought would be a simple repair. Replace a headlight bulb. I live in Atlanta area and usually have my car repairs done at a Dealership I had what I thought would be a simple repair. Replace a headlight bulb. I live in Atlanta area and usually have my car repairs done at a Dealership near me. My right low beam headlight had been out for quite some time after several attempts of trying to locate the correct bulb ( DS1) and then get the appt to have it installed. Anyway, I get the bulbs, drive back to the Atlanta dealership, they tell me that it would be at least 3 days. So, I had an emergency in Columbus and and while here decided to stop into MBOC. Was greeted right away and explained my problem and Elizabeth said she could have someone look at it and they might be able to do it that day. She had the service mgr or tech put it up on the rack and pull the bulb. They actually replaced with the bulb I had already purchased in Atlanta. When I was ready to pay the bill, Elizabeth said, No Charge.... In my 30 plus years experience in owning a Mercedes off and on, I have never heard those words from a MB dealer. I told her she didn't know how much I needed that on that particular day. I just signed all the paperwork to get Hospice for my mom in Columbus, and I was still recovering from back surgery and probably should not have been driving. They have earned my future service business. I come to Columbus frequently and this dealership is smaller than where I usually go, but they are big on Customer Service...... I just had to say thanks, especially to the Elizabeth and the Service Guys....... Darryl Pierce More

I wish there’s 0 star I visited the dealership for B Service and the car was running fine and when i went to pick the car up I found out there is noise coming up from th I visited the dealership for B Service and the car was running fine and when i went to pick the car up I found out there is noise coming up from the engine, I decided to not drive the car under this condition, in the next morning i got message from the service manager saying that is my car is fine and the noise i was hearing was the direct injection pump on the vehicle. The vehicle had sat for 3 days and was cold after the vehicle warms up the pump will get quiet. I need to pick up our loaner this morning so if you will send me the address you are at i will have a driver leave this am with your vehicle with disrespect, rudeness and the typical hang up the phone on me!!! Then I decided to fill a complaint at MB-USA. At the end of the day i got phone call from the customer service manager and she apologize about what he did and told me that the technician checked out my car again and he said that the noise is normal and not normal. And now the found that they have to change the pison and connecting rod inside the engine which I’ Gonna lose the value of my car. My car has just 27000 miles. More
