The Ultimate in Dealerships I can not say enough about Patrick Motors. Not only did they make our auto buying experience stress free, and about what we wanted. No pressure sales, Joe Di , the most honest auto salesman we have felt with. This experience was after the sale of our vehicle. With the cold winter coming fast, my wife decided that she wanted a remote starter installed. We are both in the medical field, so The need of our vehicle's are very important. Great car buying experience From start to finish this was a surprisingly pleasant experience. It started with an exchange of several email where internet consultants Lisa Denn From start to finish this was a surprisingly pleasant experience. It started with an exchange of several email where internet consultants Lisa Dennis and Ashley Cubbedge inquired about what I wanted in a car, what model would work best for my needs and what features were most important to me. There was no pressure to push any particular option or package. When they found a car that seemed a good fit, they gave me a quote that was an excellent value, I then made an appointment to take a look at the car. I was given plenty of time to research the model and features and any potential problems online. Sales representative John Watt was very patient in answering all my questions and allowed me an extensive road test of the new features, especially any that I had questions about, The same was true with the finance representative, John Canty. I did not feel pressured to take something I didn't want and was given time to make an informed decision. At every step of this purchase I felt like my needs were put first. 2019 Forester Purchase w/ 2017 Crosstrek Trade-in We started by texting online with Lisa who set up and an appointment knowing that we wanted to trade in our Crosstrek for a particular Forester.
