The salesman, Christian Capellan asked if I wanted to see the numbers after test drive. I agreed. Christina asked me how I would pay. I said that we would pay cash. Christian gave me a quote and highlighted the advertised price, When I looked more closely, the quote includes a $1000 "Finance Discount." The actual price for the vehicle was $1000 more than what they continue to advertise. Patrick Subaru required financing $15,000 through them for a minimum of six months and assumed an 8.99% interest rate. Christian also told me that there was an end of the month discount =, but never told me what that discount was. The bottom line is that in at least this case, the advertised price was deceptive as it was not the cash price. Patrick Subaru has high scores here on dealerrater, Their score needs an update. There are other dealers who will provide transparent pricing. More

This truly is the best car dealership one can only dream of. Any other dealer is a compromise. We mean it. We have been customers for 21 years and have bought more cars at Patrick than one can keep track of of. Any other dealer is a compromise. We mean it. We have been customers for 21 years and have bought more cars at Patrick than one can keep track of. They treat us like royalty and care as if we were family. The most recent experience was amazing. We needed a car with a specific feature (for safety and health related reasons) - very hard to find these days. Walked in on a Saturday, half desperate, asking for help and ideas. Rob Bernier happened to be there that day, he understood our special needs right away and truly cared, he came up with an idea within minutes! What a relief! He introduced us to Jeff Moberg who immediately shared his cell phone number. The following Wednesday Todd Stalker called us - he had found the perfect car for us - at an incredible price!!! At the time of purchase, we had to make some adjustments to the interior, for our dog :-) and here again we received truly helpful and valuable advice from Jeff and Rob. The car was ready within a week only, which was amazingly fast considering all the extra work and features! Rob also described how they helped healthcare workers at the beginning of the pandemic - because they really care for their customers as if they were family - and they love their jobs. This is impressive. Our salesman Christian Capellan is one of the nicest salesmen we had. He will do anything to help, he reliably responds to text and calls very fast and will spend any amount of time to explain the new features of the car. I called him on his day off by mistake - he called me right back! He is very kind, calm, patient, and never makes you feel you bother him. The place is good news, from A-Z. With every purchase we joke and laugh. Everyone has a good sense of humor. Kindness and humor are more important now than ever before. Over the years we have recommended Patrick to several colleagues at work - everyone had a great experience and have become faithful customers! I am editing this review to add that everyone at Patrick is a dog lover and Subaru Outbacks are the best cars for dog owners who love to hike the trails of New England. More
