I moved from California to the Seattle area, and now reside in Burbank WA. I've been in the car business since 1988. Family and faith are the 2 most important parts of my life. I'm passionate about working with people, making them smile, cooking and entertaining them, hosting get togethers. I'm grateful for an amazing family with a new granddaughter and great group of friends.. In my free time I enjoy several things, I'm a country girl at heart who loves the mountains hunting, fishing and camping. When I'm not at work you'll find me in the mountains, in jean and a flannel, Or getting in touch with my creative side and crafting.

Outstanding I would like to not only praise but thank all the individuals I've marked on this survey. Starting with the service staff we brought in our 2012 Titan I would like to not only praise but thank all the individuals I've marked on this survey. Starting with the service staff we brought in our 2012 Titan XD unbeknownst to us the safety system or airbag system had a problem and they could not find it but they informed us it was going to cost a great amount of money. We went back home little upset repairs we're not covered under extended warranty that we had purchased from McCurley. The girls then passed us over to Craig Robertson and I believe he passed this onto Joseph and Dennis salesman. At this point I have to say the whole staff went beyond what they had to do to help us get into a safe new vehicle that was covered under warranty instead of paying for a dead horse. They work the greatest deal for us but understanding that there are a couple things we had to give up on the truck but they are just little things. My wife and I can't say enough about your staff and how they helped us you have won a loyal customer. I'll also say that the staff was more concerned with our safety then selling us a new truck and we appreciated that. We want to thank everybody very much and we are enjoying our new truck immensely. More

Oil change, tire rotation Excellent service experience! Went in for regular service of my car and they used a checklist to go over the car and rate it from the last service. They came out and explained everything they found and I went ahead to change brake fluid as well. While I waited there was a TV, cookies, drinks and comfortable couches. They finished the work about a half hour before they estimated. More

Warranty Service Nightmare Customer service and follow through in the service department was severely lacking in my recent experiences. I was led to believe they were going to p Customer service and follow through in the service department was severely lacking in my recent experiences. I was led to believe they were going to push for a recent mechanical issue to be covered under the highest extended warranty I purchased. It turns out it wasn't even submitted to the warranty company and I was told it was denied without their follow through. I called to complain to the service manager and was told it would take a few days to get ahold of the extended warranty company and sorted out. This was many weeks ago and I have not received a call back from her. I called the extended warranty company myself and they told me that has been no recent consultation from the dealership about the claim. In summary, they called to initiate a claim and never submitted any documentation from that point forward to get an approval. More
