Everyone at Gerald is extremely respective of the relationship between sales and their customer. This Subaru dealership was our first stop shopping for a new vehicle. It had been 12 years of drivin relationship between sales and their customer. This Subaru dealership was our first stop shopping for a new vehicle. It had been 12 years of driving Cadillac and we had no idea what manufacture so we went shopping for features and a good fit with a dealership. Leo took notes during our meeting and listened to what was on our wish list. 3 of the Subaru models had everything we wanted and more. After visiting other dealerships and seeing different makes and models, nothing could compare to the Subaru Outback and our experience with Leo and the Gerald dealership. We are extremely impressed with the performance and style of our 2020 Outback. More

My husband and I found ourselves car shopping after 2020 claimed a couple more victims - both of our cars! My husband was a previous Gerald Subaru customer, so naturally some Subaru models were finalists on claimed a couple more victims - both of our cars! My husband was a previous Gerald Subaru customer, so naturally some Subaru models were finalists on our new car lists. Though we also liked other cars from other dealers, the commendable service and genuine camaraderie we received from Leo Lopez at Gerard Subaru definitely helped sealed the deal and purchased not one but two vehicles from him! The whole car buying process can be so draining and daunting but Leo made it incredibly pleasurable and we felt very well informed, very well taken care of and very appreciated as valued customers. His efforts went beyond our expectations and we would highly recommend him and Gerald Subaru for anyone looking to buy a new vehicle so they could experience the same above and beyond customer service we did!
