Mark Hester who I’ve dealt with before gave me Jennifer Torres as a salesperson. Jennifer was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable about the product. I’m appreciative of Mark that I was given Jennifer to work with. This was my first time dealing with Leo Estrada for financing. I believe he made this experience a bit to personal. His job is to keep the dealership as much money and mine is to get as good of a deal as possible. He should work on patience, particularly with a 20 year customer. More

Well worth the long drive! After visiting 3 other Dodge dealers in our area we decided to try South Oak Dodge because they had the model we wanted (Challenger GT). Easy buying experience Overall I am happy with my South Oak experience. I feel like I paid a fair price for my vehicle. I worked with both Fabian and Clarence on the sale, Overall I am happy with my South Oak experience. I feel like I paid a fair price for my vehicle. I worked with both Fabian and Clarence on the sale, and Leo with the financing. There was a bit of confusion on whether the vehicle was a "Certified" pre-owned van which it wasn't. The van is very nice and clean. Aside from some minor blemishes resembles a new van. There was also some confusion as to what my monthly payment would be but that was quickly resolved. There was a bit of pressure to add on a warranty and service package but that was resolved. Overall I am happy with my buying experience at South Oak. More
