I had a disappointing experience with this dealership regarding pricing transparency. The vehicle I was interested in was listed online at one price, but when I arrived at the dealership, the price was i regarding pricing transparency. The vehicle I was interested in was listed online at one price, but when I arrived at the dealership, the price was increased by $1,000 without a clear explanation. This felt misleading and not aligned with what was advertised. I made a genuine effort to move forward with the purchase and even requested to speak with the General Sales Manager to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I have not received a return call. The only follow-up I’ve received has been from a Sales Manager, but the pricing concern remains unaddressed. I am still seriously interested in purchasing the vehicle, especially since it has been on the lot for an extended period, but the lack of transparency and communication makes it difficult to proceed with confidence. I would encourage the dealership to ensure their online pricing accurately reflects what customers can expect in person, and to improve responsiveness at the management level when concerns are raised. More
