From the moment we pulled on the lot my husband and I were terrified. A week before we had baught a car for our teenage son at another dealer. The experience was not plesent in the least. Mike greeted us promptly and immediately made us feel comfortable. Poor Mike helped us compare and test drive three cars out in the heat. He was knowledgable and very informative. We also had a chance to speak with Mike's manager Lee who was equally as helpful. Even though we weren't ready to make a purchase they were both patient and understanding. I would recommend Certified Benz and Beemer to anyone looking for not only great prices but the most friendly and refreshing atmosphere I have ever encountered at a dealership, and I have baught a lot of cars from many different dealers. This car purchase has been the best experience ever with a dealership. I had taken my current car to them for a possible trade in. He made the whole process relaxing and easy going. Lee, eliminated the back and forth bargaining that is usually done at other dealers, and made the process quick and professional. I also encounter Trevor who assisted in the financing of the car. He explained all my options and made his process seamless. The customer service that all 3 of them exhibited was impeccable. They went above and beyond staying past closing by 2hrs and making the best sale for me. I have already recommended Benz & Beemer to 2 friends and will continue to use them in the future. More
