I rarely do a negative review , but this place is tricking the system. There is no way they could have won all the awards they have (81,000,000 votes story if you know what I mean). This place should tricking the system. There is no way they could have won all the awards they have (81,000,000 votes story if you know what I mean). This place should not be certifying a bathroom cleanliness card on a bathroom door, let alone a Beamer, Benz or McLaren. Don't even waste your time going here because nothing they will tell you is truthful. Also, they tried to overcharge us for it being inspected and Certified (but it was not) and they buy the lowest quality cars at dirt prices, re-list them at low prices and wait for the suckers to come into a "certified dealer" that "won't negotiate their price because we only offer certified cars", but it is all a lying, hope we don't get caught, shell game. Best thing to do with this company is to never do anything with this company (two locations, one is bad, the other is worse. I recommend you don't pick a Posion. More

David was efficient, friendly, and consistent in his vehicle acquisition from me. Explained the process, and why the offer was what it was, and I ended up with a fair acquisition of my vehicle. When I got there to turn the vehicle in, he had everything prepared, he came out to me getting out of the car, and I had the check from Benz & Beemer in less than 30 minutes! A pleasant experience. Will responded to my ad to sell my Beemer and asked if I would accept an amount from CBB. I was hesitant at first and said I wanted some time to thin Will responded to my ad to sell my Beemer and asked if I would accept an amount from CBB. I was hesitant at first and said I wanted some time to think about it. Will was very patient, answered all my questions and followed up as I asked him to a week later. At my request, Will set up an appointment. To be honest, I was a little leery thinking the Dealership would try to haggle me down from the price Will quoted over the phone. That did not happen! My BMW was inspected and they honored their price. Smooth. Lee Grubs, the manager is very nice. John Swan, was exceptionally polite and diligent with getting my car inspected, getting the paperwork done, giving me a check and driving us home - how nice. So, I am impressed with this Dealership. I recommend you visiting this Dealer before making a decision to buy or sell. Very nice people at CBB. More
