You solicited my trade-in indicating that you could give me good value for it, especially since I had purchased it there! However this wasn't the case! You lowballed me on my vehicle for the trade in on a n me good value for it, especially since I had purchased it there! However this wasn't the case! You lowballed me on my vehicle for the trade in on a newer model! Then you rush the sale through without completing the certification of the vehicle. This finally got certified after having attempted to certify it with various problems which I found and have to have corrected wasting a lot of my time and effort! One of the further problems was that the vehicle had worn out tires and you were supposed to have replaced them with new tires however you replace them with decent used tires that ended up having leaks in both of the rear tires which had to be replaced and you finally gave me new tires for the rear at least! The front tires which should have been new, but we're good used ones, have about half life left! Also I took a trip with the vehicle and as it turns out it takes 2 miles of electric to actually go one mile for about the first hundred miles, then it gives me about 1 mi for 1 mi as it should for the entire time! It ended up using 215 Mi worth of electric to go about 170 MI. Under basically the same driving conditions with the vehicle set on cruise control, freeway driving. With light traffic! I've been driving electric vehicles for well over 10 years and get better than average miles per kilowatt! I was also not able to use either Heat or The Fan for fear of not being able to make the round trip, only using it slightly to clear the windshield! More

I have been getting services at this dealership for about the last four years. And during that time span, I have failed to see a service department representative that looks like me. And for that reason is w the last four years. And during that time span, I have failed to see a service department representative that looks like me. And for that reason is why I do not utilize your service center. The only reason I was getting service at this time. Is because your service manager would not approve the dealership service center of my choice to complete the work on my extended warranty. More

Worst dealer ever. Not only was I extremely disappointed with them during my last visit but when I bought my truck as well. Don’t know why I even went back. I suppose it was because I expected them to have a solution and reason as to why my brand new car sounds like an old car that has been driven excessively. I bought my truck in July, because I was completely played by the sales people who gave me the most incorrect information ever. Totally taken advantage of then and now. In December, during my first oil change, I told the service department that my car sounded like it was having brake issues. They said they could not check it out because the appointment was only for an oil change, “nothing else.” I did not take it back but recently I started hearing my brakes squeal/screech even more. After taking it in, not only was I going to be charged for getting it checked out but I would be responsible for anything else. The reason I bought a brand new truck was so that I did not have to deal with vehicle repairs/issues. And now only 6 months after purchasing a BRAND new car, I am being told there is nothing they can do because that’s “just how they sound.” I find it ridiculous that such a recognizable brand of cars could promote themselves as being known for their quality, affordability yet sell cars that sound like they have been on the road for several years. More
