Proud new owners of a 2014 Hyundai from ROWE AUBURN Maine From the time we walked in the door we were made to feel comfortable. We were ready.... two females looking to buy a car...... we were ready for the hard sell and the push towards something we didn't want or could not afford. To our surprise that was NOT what we got ! William listened to what we said as we explained what we felt we could afford and what we were looking for in a new car. We then began our search for the perfect one. He let us test drive different ones and when we found the one we liked all we needed was to pick a color. Now to the hard part sale price and our trade in. He brought in his sales manager Scott Rodrique... who also listened to what we had to say... and in the end we were very happy with the deal and what they offered us for our trade in and 2 days later we were driving away in our new Hyundai Elantra LMTD. I would like to thank William, Scott, Lea and James ( James stepped in for William on our delivery as we picked the car up on Williams day off so he got to show us all the fun things the car could do and he even synced my smart phone for me :) ) Thank you all for making this the BEST car purchasing experience either of us has ever had in all our years. !!!!!!!!!!! Treat every customer as you did us and they will all be walking out with the keys to a new car ... I will definitely refer friends and family to Rowe Auburn. More

Our Sales Consultant, Ben Robinson, did a fantastic job helping us get into our new Kia. He and the Sales Manager, Scott Stubinski, gave us a very fair trade-in amount and a great deal on our new vehicle. helping us get into our new Kia. The Business Manager, Lea Smith, who did our financing made arrangements for our other Kia to be washed before we left that day. Brian was a pleasure to work with. I didn't feel pressured into buying a car. It was helpful that I knew exactly what I wanted. There's enough stress in buying a car and Brian relieved a lot of that stress by not being the *normal* sales guy. Why did I give the rating I gave? After leaving another dealership due to the rudeness of their finance manager and lack of communucation, I told Jamie exactly what I wanted and he made it happen. He listened to me, kept in contact with me and gave me what I wanted: a 1-day sale. He, by far, made this the easiest car purchase I have ever made and I will totally recommend him to anyone else! (Sorry to everyone else on the team I didn't get to meet, I'm sure you're all great too!). As for Lea, she understood that I was obtaining financng elsewhere and didn't push me to use the dealer financing. She presented the options for extended care, and let them sell themselves. Everyone was polite, happy, and very accommodating. Thank you all and I can't tell you how much I LOVE my new car! More

One of the best experiences I've had purchasing a car, new or used, and I've purchased quite a few. Very easy to work with everyone at the dealership, no pressure to buy a particular vehicle or model, an new or used, and I've purchased quite a few. Very easy to work with everyone at the dealership, no pressure to buy a particular vehicle or model, and the car pricing was quite transparent and fair. Our salesman, Paul, was especially courteous and helpful throughout the entire process, including helping to set up the car's bluetooth. I'd definitely recommend Paul and the rest of the Rowe Auburn Kia team! BTW, love my Sportage, too! More
