Excellent customer service. New Ford Fusion Hybrid My fiancé and I were in the market for a new vehicle. Sadly we owed a substantial amount on the two vehicles we were looking to trade due to poor deal My fiancé and I were in the market for a new vehicle. Sadly we owed a substantial amount on the two vehicles we were looking to trade due to poor deals that were taken. After explaining our situation Chris went out of his way to negotiate a deal. Finally after a couple of days of trying every avenue he was able to get us in to a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. My fiancé absolutely loves her new car, and I love the fact there wasn't a major run around trying to get it. Chris was upfront and honest the whole time and was even willing to stay late past closing time to ensure we could get the vehicle we wanted. I would highly recommend this dealer to any one who is looking for a vehicle. Thanks again for all your effort and time you put in to making this happen for us. More

Good Experience & Great Salesman - Bill Lovejoy!! My wife and I were interested in purchasing a new or a very good pre-owned vehicle but really did not know what we wanted for a car. Decided to stop at Rowe Auburn to look around at the cars they carried. Bill Lovejoy came over and asked us if he could help. Bill asked us some very important questions as to what we were looking for in a car to narrow down our search. Bill was very nice, not pushy in the least and very easy to talk with. We ended by purchasing a 2012 GMC Terrain which was in excellent condition. Bill gave us the CARFAX Report copies which substantiated that the Terrain was pre-owned by a single person and that he took very good care of the vehicle. Bill was very knowledgeable about the Terrain and even took the time to explain the many features it came with so that we would be familiar with them before we left the lot. I would certainly recommend Bill Lovejoy, at Rowe, to anyone interested in buying a car for he is a very good salesman. He will bend over backwards to help you. I have had many vehicles and dealt with many top tier dealerships a Rowe Auburn Dealership has extraordinary people who make up a team without equal. I have had many vehicles and dealt with many top tier dealerships across the U.S., but none can compare with Rowe Auburn. From first telephonic introduction via Nathan Baril, to original dealer meeting with Jake Anderson, I knew that I was in very good company and if a deal could be reached it would be equitable to all parties. The first thing Jake asked me was if I had any concerns about finding a used vehicle. I had several, and explained what they were. Jake heard my concerns and had a most considerate salesman, Martin Read, help me navigate this sometimes difficult process for a woman alone. Martin even made me feel relevant and went out of his way to help me find my perfect car. I have never believed in settling for second best (as some other local dealerships tried to make me do), and Martin was clearly in line with finding what I wanted and would be happy driving. Then Jake and Martin put together a fabulous deal that worked. Enter Lea Smith, Business Manager - which meeting I was dreading. If you have ever been treated like a car dealer was doing you a huge favor, get ready to be impressed. Lea was the height of professionalism, she was helpful, grounded in honesty, and made me feel completely at ease. And the car that I wanted was mine. Hallelujah. We made an appointment with you and came in to look. Mr. Anderson had Mr. Lovejoy show us the cars we were interested in and we test drove until we made our minds up about what we wanted. We decided we did not need to go to any other dealership because this was the right one. The whole experience was great from the first inquiry to driving off the lot. Bill is a great salesman (no pressure and complete transparency) and your dealership is lucky to have him as an employee. I will recommend your dealership to any one looking for a new car or pickup. You knocked our socks off with your superior service!!! Well, we spent several months searching for our perfect vehicle, to perfectly fit our budget...many, many nights of research. Many trips to different dealerships on off hours, so we could narrow down our choices. We finally decided to go to Rowe one Saturday and check out a Sorento that definitely had caught our eye! I absolutely dreaded the idea of an intense salesperson. The last thing we wanted was to feel pressured or like our preferences didn't matter. We pulled on to the lot and before my right foot hit the pavement...I looked in the mirror and saw the salesperson coming our way and immediately thought.."oh yeah, here we go already." Well, moments later, Brian Kelsea met us at our car and introduced himself to us. Was I ever mistaken! Because of Brian's awesome personality and demeanor, I quickly forgot about my dreaded moment with a salesperson! That speaks great volume for me! He was so relaxed and personable, but above all, he asked the most important question: "What are YOU looking for in a vehicle?" The only thing that seemed to matter to Brian was what we wanted and needed. His knowledge of KIA was phenomenal!! He impressed us from the moment he said, "Let me show you a few things about this vehicle." He proceeded to open the hatch and from there, he covered every inch of the vehicle, right to underneath the hood...not missing a beat as to what the vehicle had to offer! This man knows his KIA!! Perhaps why he is known as "The Kia Man!"!!! Yes, his business card he handed us said this, so of course, I came home and checked out You Tube and was blown away! He is definitely a professional who knows how to personalize the buying experience!! We took Brian with us for a test drive...and low and behold...he still had more info to offer us in regards to this great vehicle. Next was the big step for us.....the decision on purchasing or not. Brian worked very closely with us and got us the best possible deal and financing and we bought the KIA and have been very pleased! Did I mention that not once did we feel any pressure? Notta! He is great and I would recommend him to any one interested in purchasing a vehicle. Let Brian erase your thoughts of how ALL salespeople are pushy and impersonal!!! This purchase started with a phone call for a quote on Saturday. I went into the dealer on Monday where we agreed on a price and I put a deposit down. The car was not on the lot, but it arrived the next day in perfect condition and I picked it up on Wednesday. Michael took his time and explained all the features of the car. This is the second car I have purchased here and the second time I have been totally satisfied with the service. More

Absolute Fantastic Experience! Had a great experience, the moment I stepped in, met with sales manager Jake Anderson he introduced me to salesman Gary Travaglini (Dick Butkis' twin) Had a great experience, the moment I stepped in, met with sales manager Jake Anderson he introduced me to salesman Gary Travaglini (Dick Butkis' twin) immediately. We hit it off right away and we test drove an EDGE and ESCAPE, then we discussed different options for payment, financing, rebates etc. No pressure at all, very comfortable conversation, like you would have with a friend! The numbers for the trade in were great and showed me they wanted to sell a vehicle! I chose the Ford Certified 2013 EDGE Limited! Pretty much loaded! We discussed the cost, step by step, no hidden fees and BS, everything was right there to see. I can't wait to send my friends in Gary's direction and I will be doing business at Rowe Ford Auburn for many years to come. Best Care Buying Experience Bill was a very down to earth salesman. There was no high pressure involved. When we moved on to finance to work with Lea she was wonderful and went above and beyond to help secure financing that was within my budget. Everyone was just wonderful! More
