IT IS ALWAYS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE GOING TO PENN TOYOTA. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER THERE SINCE 1998 AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PEOPLE AND THE QUALITY OF SERVICE ESPECIALLY THE SERVICE MANAGER J I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER THERE SINCE 1998 AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PEOPLE AND THE QUALITY OF SERVICE ESPECIALLY THE SERVICE MANAGER JIMMY MIGA AND LAURIE GUIGLIANO. THEY ALWAYS TAKE SUCH GOOD CARE OF EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THE 5 RAV 4'S I HAVE EITHER PURCHASED OR LEASED FROM THIS WONDERFUL DEALERSHIP. I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR ANYWHERE ELSE. CHRIS PENN IS A GREAT GUY AND I SEND ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO HIM WHEN EVER ANYONE MENTIONS THEY NEED A NEW OR USED CAR. I KNOW THE SERVICE WILL BE GREAT AND THE PEOPLE ARE FANTASTIC. More

The overall place is very nice and the waiting area is nice and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I dealt with Jimmy Miga and Laurie Guigliano. They were very helpful. My experience with this dealership this month was quite pleasant. I walked in the dealership expecting to face long waits but I was pleased with the swiftness and efficiency of my being helped. It was actu pleasant. I walked in the dealership expecting to face long waits but I was pleased with the swiftness and efficiency of my being helped. It was actually relaxing to sit in the quiet waiting room and drink a cup of coffee as I waited, since I had been running around all day. The staff was excellent and friendly, Jimmy Miga was very helpful in assisting me. I get my car serviced regularly and have yet to encounter an unpleasant experience. Laurie Guigliano is also very polite, and I noticed that the whole staff always shows concern for any issue you may have. More

The service department lost an expensive keychain attached to the key for my Prius. I reported it to the manager and he told me to buy a new one and they would pay me back. They have since reimburse attached to the key for my Prius. I reported it to the manager and he told me to buy a new one and they would pay me back. They have since reimbursed me for a replacement keychain. More

My experience at Penn Toyota was a pleasure. Laurie, the customer service manager was wonderful, making sure everything was done timely and to my satisfaction. I bought my car new and I can only express the best recommendations for the service experience, for the two excellent employees with Penn Toyota which are Mr. Jimmy Miga, and Mrs. Laurie Guigliano. Honesty and courtesy and a true willingness to make each encounter to satisfying customers, as I am belong to sensitive persons with the car. I found a strong support from the above employees to keep my property in a fashion way, though I would name more people in this dealership, as the owner is ruling with an iron bar, to keep this facility running to excellent. We had decided to buy a new 2011 Prius after I had done research on hybrids. My past car buying experiences had not always been positive, so I came armed with all the prices and knew what I wanted in my ne research on hybrids. My past car buying experiences had not always been positive, so I came armed with all the prices and knew what I wanted in my new car. After reading many dealership reviews, I chose Penn Toyota, since their ratings were generally good and they were conveniently located. Upon arriving at Penn Toyota, Mike Piedmont greeted us and made us feel at ease immediately. He explained everything patiently, in detail every step of the way to make sure we understood and even insisted we take a test drive. We came with a trade-in and he did his best to give us the best offer he could for my older model car. He negotiated a fair price for the new car and Penn Toyota had a coupon for up to $750.00, for which he deducted the full value. Mike made the car buying experience the least stressful that I have ever had. Then we were taken to John who did not pressure us into buying anything we didn't want as far as "extras". Since we were not financing the car, we purchased the extended warranty and we were processed quickly. Mike showed us all the features in the car and even synched the phone to the bluetooth. We were then introduced to Laurie, the service manager, who wanted to make sure we understood all the maintenance procedures that were necessary to keep the car running well. She was sincerely interested in making sure we brought the car in regularly and told us to call her directly if we had any questions or concerns. These people treated us like customers should be treated and took their time to explain everything thoroughly.The whole thing took 4 1/2 hours and we were on our way home with our new Prius. More
