I had an appointment on Thursday 08/25/2016 and Michael Fox set me up with Sean Haghighi. I had a wonderful experience. This is the 4th car I have purchased from Penn Toyota and my experience was wonderful. I will highly recommend Penn Toyota to my family and friends. Michael, Sean and Nick made the exchange very easy and I have all the options that I wanted in my new 2016 RAV 4 More

Relationship I have bought from Penn six vehicles for three drivers over a period of about 25 years. We purchased the first vehicle new, the second one, used. Wh I have bought from Penn six vehicles for three drivers over a period of about 25 years. We purchased the first vehicle new, the second one, used. When the used car proved a lemon, we had no big discussion, no back and forth. They just said "We have to make this right." That happened 20 years ago. We have since bought three other used and one new vehicle, all with great satisfaction, and have had all our service work done there. Though satisfied, occasionally, work performed has not sufficed, and a conversation with management has corrected matters. Auto repairs, labor in particular, have a high cost on LI, period. That kind of colors your mood to begin with. But I have never felt mistreated at Penn. Find a service rep who will become familiar with you and your vehicle, who will act as the representative of your interests, who you know has had the mechanic justify the necessity of a repair or a preventive service. Laurie Guigliano delivers that kind of professional customer service. More

Professional and genuinely concerned staff! I have given Penn Toyota the highest possible rating due to their professional ,and helpful staff. Joni Glantz listened to my needs and concerns alon I have given Penn Toyota the highest possible rating due to their professional ,and helpful staff. Joni Glantz listened to my needs and concerns along with Morris Sutton and are the reason my family now drive a Camry, a Corrola, and a Scion Tc. I can not recommend Penn Toyota and their professional staff more highly. A great car buying experience. More

Disgusting Made an appointment here becaus it's so close to home. Took my car in for them to look at my tired. They told me my tire would have to be replace Made an appointment here becaus it's so close to home. Took my car in for them to look at my tired. They told me my tire would have to be replaced and it would be $240 on the spot. They wouldn't show me the issue on my old tire or give me any paperwork stating what the issue was. Refused to pay them $240 and I'm still driving around on a donut More

Excellent Service Department From the time you roll your car into the service area the customer is treated as a valued customer. The service department is always clean and the waiting area is very nice also with comfortable chairs and WiFi. The service manager ( Jimmy Miga ) listens to the customer and makes sure the issue is addressed properly. Have never had a bad experience with Penn Toyota. Would definately recommend this dealership. More

Top Notch Dealership Bought my new 2014 Corolla S+ here. Joni, my salesperson, was FANTASTIC! Knowledgeable, friendly, caring...I could go on and on. I have never had a be Bought my new 2014 Corolla S+ here. Joni, my salesperson, was FANTASTIC! Knowledgeable, friendly, caring...I could go on and on. I have never had a better or more pleasant car buying experience as I did with her. The whole staff is great. Everyone involved in the sale of your car takes the time to meet with you and answer any and all of your questions. I've never experienced this before! In my past car buying experiences, I was usually handed the keys and was on my own! But Joni went over every detail of the car with me. From the windshield wipers to the trunk! She answered any questions I had. She is awesome! I have to say, without a doubt, that I recommend them highly to anyone looking for a car! The level of professionalism and the way they take the time for and care about their customers, is unmatched! They have made me a customer for life!
