Very very pleased with this dealership. Second purchase and the finance gentleman remembered my husband and I from 3 years ago. My husband passed 2 years ago and my vehicle was involved in an accident and was totaled. I was at a loss as to what all I needed to do. Chuck happened to contact me at just the right time to see what plans we had with our escape because the lease was up in July. I explained all that had transpired and we set an appointment to go in and talk personally re the situation. He showed me a couple vehicles and I knew I would definitely be contacting him as soon as I heard from my insurance. Two weeks from accident I was driving a new vehicle.
