After having previously been a mechanic that worked in a car dealership, I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly of car sales. I can honestly say that Mike at O'Daniel's gave both my wife and I one of t car dealership, I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly of car sales. I can honestly say that Mike at O'Daniel's gave both my wife and I one of the best car buying experiences we have had. From my perspective, they did not try to up-sell us. They simply gave information about their services and allowed us to make an informed decision. They also greatly respected our time. There was no hidden fees or surprises. The price they told us was the price it was. From my wife's perspective, she was not overlooked. Mike intentionally engaged with my wife and both encouraged and answered her questions. More

O'Daniel Ford was my first stop when I started searching for a new (used) vehicle. Mike was very easy to talk to and made it very easy to jump in and test a couple vehicles. After grabbing my info he basica for a new (used) vehicle. Mike was very easy to talk to and made it very easy to jump in and test a couple vehicles. After grabbing my info he basically just gave me the keys and let me do what I needed to do. After the test drive I went home and researched the 2018 Ford Explorer that I had an interest in. I search online at a 2-3 hour radius and could not find a better deal than what O'Daniel had. I ended up returning a week later and purchasing the vehicle. After purchasing the vehicle I started to have some issues with the radio/GPS unit. I reached out the Mike and Nick and they assured me they would take care of it. It took a few visits to get the issue resolved, but Mike and Nick made it very easy by always providing a loaner vehicle. Overall I am very appreciative of all they did for me. I would easily recommend O'Daniel Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

I showed up at O Daniel Ford 11 years ago looking for a used vehicle on a black Friday. Mike Introduced himself, and proceeded to take great care in finding me the perfect vehicle that day a 2011 Explorer used vehicle on a black Friday. For 11 + years Mike has stayed in contact with me, I always received a birthday text every year and a check in from him to see how my vehicle was doing… As my vehicle was approaching 200,000 miles Mike has been on the lookout for a replacement… Last month Mike sent me a text with a picture and information on the perfect vehicle for me. He was absolutely right! I have had my new 2023 Ford Explorer for a couple weeks now and I absolutely love it!!! Mike was so patient with my indecision and my hesitation to get into a truck payment again… I would have to say that I am so very thankful for Mike and the way that he looked out for me like a brother… He was not pushy… I knew that he always had my best interest in mind! I have told Mike over the past several years that there is no way I would go to anyone else to buy a vehicle from… And I meant it …Mike is the best!!! He even took the time to drive me around in it so that I knew exactly how some of the new features, that I was not used to, would operate. Purchasing my new vehicle was very convenient, exciting and scary all at the same time but thanks to the team work of Mike and Johnathan, It was a smooth transition!
