Great experience I had been occasionally looking for a particular style of car for about a year. I searched my local dealerships initially without success. After a few tries, I began seeing a couple of automobiles in the style I wanted. I responded to an ad from ODaniel Ford to confirm details of the auto. We drove about 70 miles to this dealership. Phoenix met us outdoors when we drove up, brought the vehicle around to us and later we bought it. Phoenix and the entire staff were smiling and seemed to be enjoying their workday. He was informative and knowledgeable of the vehicle data, showed us paperwork regarding this vehicle. I read a folder with recent reviews of the dealership and Phoenix. The entire process was easy and pleasant. I enjoy my new vehicle and so glad we made the journey to New Haven. Good job Phoenix. More

Honestly, we weren’t looking forward to it - we were overwhelmed and a bit stressed... and the timing for our family budget was rough. We had heard great things about the New Haven O’Daniel Ford, so we decided to at least try to talk to someone. My sister recommended Mike Pocci, and she was 100% accurate. Mike was genuine, kind, and very knowledgeable. He did not try to get us in a more expensive car. He stayed in our budget. He kept in contact with us through text and calls the next free days before we officially signed. We also worked with Ryan Keebler and Mike Everton, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. Everyone was upfront and honest. They all communicated with us throughout the process. This team made this potentially stressful situation easy and even enjoyable! We will 100% return to Mike, Ryan, & Mike when we need a vehicle again, and we will refer them to ANYONE! Thanks, O’Daniel Ford! PS. And they have a GREAT selection — we LOVE our new minivan!!! More

Excellent Service I stopped in on a Friday 7 minutes before closing time after 2 prior hours of test driving at other dealerships. I felt bad because it was closing ti I stopped in on a Friday 7 minutes before closing time after 2 prior hours of test driving at other dealerships. I felt bad because it was closing time, but I really wanted to see this car. Mike welcomed me in. He did not rush me. Instead of asking me to come back the next day, he offered to let me keep the car overnight. In addition to that he gave me his cell number and email address and answered all my additional inquiries that Friday and next Saturday morning before I returned to the dealership. Needless to say, I bought the car the next day. That was no easy process either. Brent, the finance manger, took his time. He answered all of my questions. He made sure I understood everything. He gave me time to weigh my options and even through in a couple bonuses. He was EXTREMELY patient with me. Before I left Mike allowed time for me to ask any questions about my new vehicle. He showed me how to sync my phone. To top it all off I left with a full take of gas. More
