We're to begin. I was in the market for a NEW VEHICLE possibly a TOYOTA 4RUNNER.At RELIABLE NISSAN 2 Sales women standing outside in the freezing cold,mentioned they I was in the market for a NEW VEHICLE possibly a TOYOTA 4RUNNER.At RELIABLE NISSAN 2 Sales women standing outside in the freezing cold,mentioned they have a 2021 TOYOTA 4RUNNER Venture for sale $46,863.I test drove it in the dark,not knowing the condition.2 Sales women were very nice but very,very pushy with the sale,when myself and my husband needed time to think about the VERY EXPENSIVE USED CAR FOR $46,863. transaction they went and brought over there female manager continuing pushing the purchase contracts in front of me to sign now,now.My husband and I had a talk about our trade in of a 2008 TOYOTA 4RUNNER AWD PAID OFF with a clean title that was completely LOW BALLED at only $7,800.and then back at the Sales department since ALL of THERE(one's that we delt with)EMPLOYEE'S were very pushy.My husband had to research the benefits of a newer 4RUNNER would benefit me.After finally signing ALL THE CONTRACTS WITH"NO"warranty implied on that $46,863. PAID IN FULL A CHECK,then saw the exactly same vehicle with a discounted price of ($46,111.)from another website.We both felt that RELIABLE NISSAN "CHEATED US"When things are all good to go,my husband was having TROUBLE WITH THE VEHICLE GETTING OUT IF PARK.4 male employees were trying to shift,GRINDING THE GEARS to get the vehicle out of park.The lead male kept on saying JUST SLAM IT INTO GEAR.I HAD EXPRESSED THEY ARE GOING TO BREAK MY USED CAR.I was completely FUSTRATED,WORRIED,MIND BLOWN of how these employees treated the vehicle I HAD JUST PURCHASED RIGHT OUT.The very next day I had taken it to 4 different auto parts stores with all of them saying that the"SPEED SENSOR"was damaged.So I took the car BACK TO RELIABLE NISSAN when again the same FEMALE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT THOSE 4 TESTS WERE UNRELIABLE,AND TOLD ME TO TAKE/DRIVE IT TO TOYOTA DEALERSHIP TO HAVE THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY FIX THE PROBLEM WITH THE SPEED SENSOR.We couldn't believe how RELIABLE NISSAN BE SO "UNRELIABLE NISSAN" NOW WE DONT HAVE A CHOICE BUT TO KEEP THE VERY EXPENSIVE $46,863."MISTAKE FROM RELIABLE NISSAN".I'm/we would probably not advise any family,friends,etc to shop at RELIABLE NISSAN BECAUSE OF THE HORRIBLE,VERY EXPENSIVE EXPERIENCE WE HAD AT RELIABLE NISSAN BECAUSE OF OUR MISTAKE WE WERE PUSHED,SHOVED INTO PURCHASING THAT "USED VEHICLE INSTEAD OF PURCHASING A "NEW" VEHICLE AT TOYOTA More

I had a Nissan OEM charging pad installed in my newly purchased 2023 Nissan Froniter. After two failed attempts to install it, I received my money back for the part but was stuck with a $320 install bill purchased 2023 Nissan Froniter. Lodged a complaint with Nissan Motor Corp and they indicated it is the dealership to resolve. Can’t even get a phone call back from the dealership GM. Won’t be buying another vehicle from ( Un) Reliable Nissan. More

I had a wonderful experience with my sales person. He treated me like a million dollars. I love my car but after I got home I looked at my paperwork. The amount I agreed to pay for the vehicle with th He treated me like a million dollars. I love my car but after I got home I looked at my paperwork. The amount I agreed to pay for the vehicle with the salesperson and sales manager was different from what the finance manager Christian charged me. I was offered a platinum extended warranty plan which I declined. However Christian put a $5,000 platinum plan into the loan and did not disclose that to me. Also he said that my credit union declined me but I am an 831 credit score and they gave me a pre approval letter. He told me he got me a better rate with Kirkland Fed CU at 4.39% for 84 months and my credit union Rio Grande approved me at 3.99% for 84 months. Now when I call the store the general manager is on vacation in Bahamas and can’t be reached. The sales manager that did the deal Laura was absolutely no help at all. She told me that I could cancel the $5,000 warranty and get the money refunded but it goes back to the loan not to my pocket. Also the MSRP I agreed to was $35,200 and Christian Charged me $36,910. Reliable won’t give me the additional $1,700 either. I hope this review makes it to the general manager. This place is run by crooks. I feel bad for the sales people because my sales person was the best car salesperson on the planet and now because of his crooked managers I will not send any business there. I want my $7,000 back. If you bring your business here make sure Christian and Laura are not your managers because they will lie to you. More

I and My wife had a supper supper bad experience with this dealership. I am so disappointed about the service and managers. Especially, her name is Laura ( sales manager at Reliable Nissan). They never c this dealership. I am so disappointed about the service and managers. Especially, her name is Laura ( sales manager at Reliable Nissan). They never check the vehicle before selling to the customer. We traded in the ford explore 2018 to get the used Lincoln Navigator Reserve 2019 over 39,000 miles with 70000$ and after 2 days later, my vehicle appeared check engine light on the dashboard. We bought the warranty package over 3000$ for 3 year after they tried to convince us. We brought my vehicle back to the dealership to fix it but they required me to make an appointment first and hold my vehicle for 1 day. They seemed did not check anything (maybe they just cleared the engine light) and called me to get the vehicle back. While the time to wait for my vehicle , the service and some guys in the service ignored me and not friendly. 1 day later,(08/06/2022) that issue appeared again. I called them to make an appointment and the lady told me they were busy until the end of this month. We were so upset and came to the dealership to cancel the warranty package. We asked about the warranty and how long does the warranty cover after we buy the used car from here. She told me the used vehicle which they sell will have warranty during 15 days and she were not promised the warranty can cover for my vehicle until the end of this month. And she told me the warranty package we bought from them can use anywhere else and any dealership in the united state( That is so funny). We brought my car the Lincoln dealership and they said no. that issue is P04BD. WE NOT RECOMMENDED ANYONE TO BUY THE USED VEHICLE FROM THEM.
