Terrible experience. Had an appointment for a simple oil change and had to get out of my vehicle and wait over 20 min to be checked in. Then the guy who took my keys said Had an appointment for a simple oil change and had to get out of my vehicle and wait over 20 min to be checked in. Then the guy who took my keys said he would get my car in right away but it took them another half hour to take my car back. Once it was ready and I went to pay, the work order had extra stuff on it ("engine booster" and other misc items) that I did not ask for and was not informed about at the beginning. The guy who checked me out was a different person and was not helpful, I had to push for him to write up the order correctly so that my total was correct. My car also has a recall out on it (2021 Sentra) and they made no effort to get me set up for that to be repaired. What a joke. More

My Pathfinder was serviced and it took nearly 2 weeks when I was given a time frame of 2 days!. Then when I received my vehicle back it had a cracked windshield which they claim they did not do.
