I've recently had a issue with the service department. Shortly there after I had a meeting with Mr . Arnaldi Which is the service manager for BMW of Freehold. He was very apologetic and he promised to Shortly there after I had a meeting with Mr . Arnaldi Which is the service manager for BMW of Freehold. He was very apologetic and he promised to Resolve the issue as soon as possible to my surprise within several days I received a phone call from him. Needless to say the issue was resolved to my satisfaction I will be continuing my business With BMW a Freehold Because of his attention to detail in handling The situation.
