When I called to book my appointment for a recall Jeanie made the process easy friendly and quick she asked if I had any questions and if I would be needing a shuttle to take me home. I had a very disappointing experience at Grande Prairie Dodge Service Center. I brought my vehicle dodge grand carvan 2011 in to have the engine light checked on 2nd feb, The service center kept my car Dodge Service Center. I brought my vehicle dodge grand carvan 2011 in to have the engine light checked on 2nd feb, The service center kept my car for two days, explaining that they needed time to inspect for possible leaks and other issues. After completing their inspection, they informed me that a part needed to be replaced. I agreed to the repair. During that time, I was dealing with hospital as on the next day my baby born , so a friend picked up my car for me. I did not drive my car until the next 2 weeks. When I finally used my vehicle, I noticed additional warning lights on the dashboard and a new engine noise that was not present before I brought the car in. This was very concerning, as these issues did not exist prior to the service appointment. I paid nearly $500 just for the diagnostic work, which was higher than I expected. However, I accepted the cost because I had authorized the inspection to determine the cause of the engine light. Unfortunately, after paying and completing the service, my car now has more warning lights and mechanical noise than before. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with the service I received. Based on this experience, I will not be returning in the future. More
