Kyle made purchasing a car easy and actually enjoyable! I was very impressed by the way everything was handled at R & H. Upon meeting Kyle, he listened to what I wanted and was able to steer me in the righ I was very impressed by the way everything was handled at R & H. Upon meeting Kyle, he listened to what I wanted and was able to steer me in the right direction making it easier for me to make a decision, I am a first time Mercedes owner, and I was not familiar with all the options available. When we took the car for a drive, he showed me many of the features in that car. We then went back to his office to find the color etc. that I wanted. And finalize the deal, When I came the next day to buy the car that he was able to get me, there was my car with a ribbon on top of it. It was a great touch! Everyone was very helpful and efficient in getting the paperwork etc. completed. I was set up on the Mercedes Me account and Rae showed me how to do many features on my new car. With all the technology in this car, I am certain Rae and Kyle will be seeing me in the near future. All and all, it was a great experience and I love my new Mercedes. More

Kyle was nice, listened to what I was looking for, not pushy, never tried to outsmart you. Just a honest down to the earth guy doing a great job making customers happy buying a car from him. I had a horrible experience at another MB dealer (Catonsville) 2 years ago and went to MB Owings Mills and had a great experience buying my first MB. Now I needed to buy my second MB, so I came back with high expectations. Kyle surprised me happily and Owings Mills will be my go to MB dealership as long as I don't move out of this area.
