Some times you get lucky. When I first contacted the dealership I reached Kyle Weiman, and it was the beginning of some great service . I can be indecisive, but Kyle never questioned anything. In fact he suggested that I test drive three vehicles to see what best suited me. The service didn't end there. After the purchase was complete, the following day, Kyle answered all my tech questions with a great attitude. Then, days later, he drove over an hour to deliver a promised mat and spent more time showing me additional tech options within the car. MB of Owings Mills can be proud that they are still providing great service. and that they have Kyle to represent them. More

This dealership was roughly about 80 miles from where we live. We were looking for a certain model and certain color and only this dealership had it. Took a chance to visit and I am glad we did.
