I went on the last day of the month in April, just to look at a used Toyota Corolla I had seen online. I was paired up with Humberto (Berto) Aranda, and he immediately went to work to help me find my dream car. He was very kind and easy-going. After a few test drives, I ended up going with a 2018 Corolla instead of a used one. I must admit that my brothers' and I drove a hard bargain, but Berto, Kyle, Jamaal, and Gary did everything possible to satisfy my very specific requirements. John Ward was also very helpful when it came to answering all of the many questions I had regarding my financing for this car. As a first time buyer, my nerves were at ease in such a friendly and professional atmosphere. Overall, I am so happy that I kept my money local, and with such a great dealership. I will definitely return to Findlay Toyota Prescott for all of my car buying needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More

I really felt like I had an Advocate in my corner while buying my new 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid. No xx, easy and to the point Starting in November 2017 I was looking for a Tacoma Pro. I went to the two dealerships near me then called and emailed probably 15 other dealerships Starting in November 2017 I was looking for a Tacoma Pro. I went to the two dealerships near me then called and emailed probably 15 other dealerships no one could find the truck I wanted they all jerked me around tried to become my "buddy" and sell me on something I didn't want. I specifically asked for a white manual Tacoma pro and all these other dealerships wasted my time and again tried to sell me anything else. I emailed Prescott Findlay Toyota got in touch with Robby who was the first to not jerk me around or waste my time trying to become my friend. He got to work and in about a month got my truck in. Then Kyle stepped in to help finalize the process. Very professional, friendly and easy to work with. He was thorough and always kept me posted on the progress of my purchase. Everyone else told me that truck doesn't exist or isn't able to find it or get it and what about a blue one or an automatic one Roby and Kyle didn't have any excuses or hang ups they just said we'll get it and they did. Really pleased with the whole process and for making this a fun efficient purchase. If I ever get another vehicle I'll make it a point to come back here and I'll absolutely refer anyone I know to Kyle at Findlay. More

Best Experience Ever I, like others, have been burned when buying a car. You won't be treated like a naive buyer, you will be treated like family. Everything is very transparent. The value of vehicles, Car-faxes up front, the history of the vehicles services and more. I have never felt so confident in buying a vehicle before. They don't try to "get you" with add on's or hidden fee's. You pay what you agreed to pay and that's it. Kyle is incredible and on top of it. No matter what you are looking for, he will get you taken care of a quickly. I highly recommend starting your visit with Kyle and he will take care of the rest. More
