Words I would use to describe the Findlay Toyota Prescott team: honorable, diligent, professional, caring, tireless, honest, reputable, hard-working, dependable, reliable, friendly, respectful. These guys really worked their tails off to get the exact vehicle we wanted without any prompting from me. They always followed through whether it was to call me back in 20 minutes to search inventory or just answer a general question. No nursing or nagging. No trying to side-sell us into an unwanted car because they didn't have ours on the lot. Instead, they proposed optional ways to get our specifically desired vehicle. They truly put OUR needs and desires FIRST. A truly refreshing change from previous vehicle purchases spanning some 38 years prior. I will absolutely return to buy again and it was totally worth my 3 hour drive to get there and back. SERIOUSLY!!. Special mention and thanks to Kyle Watson and Pauly Myers for their care and help.
